Here are my thoughts on your promotions:

Current Weekly Promotions:

Likes: I appreciate the consistency—it’s great knowing there’s always something to look forward to. Some of the simpler promos are especially easy to jump into without overthinking.

Dislikes: A few of the promotions can be a bit confusing or feel repetitive. Clearer instructions or visuals could help with engagement.

Favorites: I tend to enjoy challenges with smaller but guaranteed rewards—they feel more achievable and fun.

Ad-hoc Promotions:

They definitely grab attention! I like the surprise factor, especially when they tie into a holiday or trending theme.

Communication could be more proactive—maybe a heads-up via email or push notifications would help.

Relevance is hit-or-miss. I’d love to see more personalized promos based on activity or preferences.

Ideas for New Promotions:

How about a “streak challenge” where users can earn rewards for participating X days in a row?

Collaborative/team-based promotions could be fun—competing or working together with friends adds a social twist.

Flash deals or time-limited surprise tasks would add excitement—especially if they’re only revealed at random times.

• Slot Hunt Challenge Prize should be increased from 80$ to atleast 200$ so the double or higher multiplier will get 300$ 🏆. It is one of the finest challenges in Forum.

• Add cards game 'Seep'. Seep is one of the best cards game that should be added as next Stake Originals.

• I agree with @KartenStapel , winner list should be presented in more graphic manner.This will attract more users for participation in upcoming challenges and promotions.

• Reason should be added in Promotion Ban mail by default just like users get Reason on Warning Points mail by default.

• Some rare events should be organised where prize is not dollars but Stake merchandise signed by Brand Ambassadors of Stake. (Drake , Karan Aujla ,  Raftaar etc.)

Often we get 900+ entries for a popular challenge meant for 500 prize pool. 

Adjusting these prize pools for some of the trending challenges would be awesome. 🙂

It seems like the Bonus Promotion is linked to the Winnings and Losses of each account. 
Maybe you could integrate a Level Up Bar for better understanding on how big the Bonus is going to be.

Generell, you had and have nice promotions up and running. Unfortunately, you seem not to understand that prizepools of any promotion needs to be adjusted. Why would you gain more and more customers, earn more and more Money, building Eddie more and more mansions while at the same time Not adjusting the prizepools. Increasing prizepools once in a year or even more is not enough. What are you communicating with this behaviour? That you don't care about the players at all and that any Promotion or challanges is just made to make stake more money. We are at a Casino aren't we? You have an house Edge in any game so where is the House Edge for the customers? You could give a us chance to win and maybe you take a loss at least for one time with challanges because the payout is higher than what you earn through it. 

Please add automating the payouts Like e.g. any race ends, the payout is available instantly. This should BE for all promotions and challanges.

 

Improvements:

1. Increase prizepools that the players actually have a chance of winning

2. Implement a registration Button for any single promotion or challange hosted on the site itself to avoid users getting coupons for maybe "randomly" hitting the multipler in the challanges specific Game to increase the payout for the users doing the challanges intentionally.

3. You could think about different prizepools each time. For example, stake hast to provide BetIDs for every challange and promotion where they actually tried the challanges itself. This hast to happen mutiple times e.g. 5. 

Example: The challanges is to hit 1kx in limbo in a minimum bet of 1$.

You try this 3 times.

1. Try: 20 bets needed to hit

2. Try: 5000 bets

3. Try: 600 bets

So at your first try, it took you 5000$ to get 1000$ Back. Take all your tries and calculate an average to create a prizepool which actually gives the players a chance to get a payout coupon in a relation to what they may have lost to get the required multiplier.

 

These are Just some quick thoughts but I'm sure the players would Love them and you would actually Show that you WANT to give us a decent winning chance with your promotions and challanges.

Chaos collector was a fun promotion, Stake vs Eddie and Level up is fun too but the prize pool need to be increased, so often the level up pay only around $40 and it can cost so much to complete it, it’s been the same prize pool for so long now even tho Stake continue to grow and more and more players play these challenges. 
the Reel Rumble xhallenge is fun too but should be top 50 that wins a prize.
 

It would also be great if you don’t allow players to use a bot in any challenges, specially the original ascent challenge because it is obvious that some players in the top use it.

I believe that the level up values should be increased, as there are many players doing it and according to the older players it has not been updated for years and does not support the values for the volume of players.
A suggestion is to have a daily third-party slot multiplier challenge per chat, each chat with its prize would be sensational.

The weekly promotions are easy to understand. The minimum bet amount of 20 cents could be reduced to 10 cents. The ad-hoc/special promotions are also nice. I would be very happy to see promotions for highly followed events like Eurovision and Sanremo.

But when the promos start to feel repetitive, they lose a bit of their charm.

The unexpected special promos are honestly one of my favorites! They add an element of surprise, especially when they tie in with events or seasonal vibes. However, they sometimes feel a bit last-minute, so a little more notice or reminders would definitely be helpful. When these promos are relevant and well-timed, they’re much more exciting to jump into.

It would be awesome to see themed challenges—something like “complete 3 tasks in 5 days to earn a reward” sounds both fun and achievable. I’d also love interactive elements like mystery games or prize wheels.

Weekly and monthly bonuses have been given low for a long time. Also bonus ban and weekly - monthly restrictions are annoying. Spending time in Stake is nice but chat moderators and live support team do not explain these restrictions to us users - they cannot. Your teams should be able to respond to users professionally. The site has become worse as the number of users increases. I hope this situation will be fixed. 

Also, when live statistics are requested via e-mail for the conversions made, incomplete data is seen. The conversions made, the gains and losses are unrealistic. More conversions and losses are not reflected correctly in the system.
