Hi there,

As someone who regularly plays poker on Stake and really enjoys it, I’ve noticed that many tournaments struggle to fill up — or sometimes don’t launch at all due to low player numbers. 

So I wanted to suggest a promotion concept that could help bring more attention to Stake’s poker offering — particularly from users who usually focus on casino games or sports betting. The goal is to make poker feel more approachable, fun, and rewarding for players who don’t normally try it.

🎯 Concept Overview: Themed Weekly Challenges → Poker Tickets

The basic idea:
Players complete themed challenges in casino or sportsbook, and as a reward, they earn a ticket to a weekly poker tournament with a solid prize pool (e.g. $30,000 — in line with other weekly promos like Level Up ).

The challenges would tie into poker terms or concepts — creating a subtle, fun introduction to the game.

✈️ Example 1 — Slot Challenge: “American Airlines”

Poker’s best starting hand is pocket Aces, often nicknamed “American Airlines” (AA).
So: Win a 300x multiplier on the slot Flight Mode to receive a tournament ticket.

It’s light, clever, and gives slot players a goal that connects directly to a poker reference.

🎾 Example 2 — Sports Challenge: “Anna Kournikova”

In poker, the AK hand is sometimes called “Anna Kournikova” — looks great, doesn’t always win.
Challenge: Win a 3-leg tennis combo bet with a $25 minimum stake to get a tournament ticket.

The goal here is to play off real poker lingo in a way that’s funny and accessible — something that gets non-poker players curious.

💰 Prize Format & Ticket Utility

To keep the rewards poker-focused, tickets could be for:

A fixed weekly multi-table tournament with a strong guaranteed prize pool

(Optionally) Prizes paid out in T$ (Tournament Dollars) — usable only in poker

That way, winnings stay in the poker ecosystem

🏆 Bonus Suggestion: Poker Leaderboard

Another angle: add a weekly leaderboard for poker grinders.
Players earn points based on volume or tournament finishes. Top 10–20 players win extra rewards (vault bonuses, tickets, badges, etc.). It would reward regular play and help fill underpopulated events.

Hello, I came back to stake recently and only playing for 2 months here my thoughs :

Current Weekly Promotions

- I only tried level up and stake vs Eddie challenges because the minimum bet amount was 0.1 usd usually betting 0.02 usd. I think level up is really good because you can feel the progress during the challenge.

Ad-hoc Promotions

- I wasn't aware there was a occasional special promotions on stake until i installed "telegram" and i found "chrismas in july" didn't know what it was about. A bigger pop-up when i log in stake might help.

Ideas for New Promotions

- I would love to see a Sve alike for originals where you need to hit x9900 on dice for example would be fun !

I don't think the promotion of winning if you put out a lot of high multipliers in the slot is not very good. Because it can only be done when there is full money, and it is not good for people who do not have much money. If you want to improve, I think it's good to have a promotion every week, such as the winning of a player who is closer to a certain set multiplier.

• Increase Slot Hunt Challenge prize from $80 → $200. With higher multipliers, the reward could reach $300 🏆. It’s one of the best challenges and deserves bigger prizes.

• Add the card game ‘Seep’ to Stake Originals — it’s a classic and would be a fun addition.

• Agree with  @KartenStapeland @NatasaC — winner lists should be displayed in a more visual/graphic format to attract more participation.

• Promotion ban emails should include a reason by default, just like warning point notifications.

• Introduce consolation prizes for users who guessed correctly in promotions like “Guess the Hits” 🎁.

• Organize rare events with non-cash prizes — like Stake merchandise signed by brand ambassadors (Drake, Karan Aujla, Raftaar, etc.) 🎤🏏⚽.

• Instead of VIP tickets for sports matches (like IPL), winners could receive signed bats, balls, or jerseys from Stake-sponsored teams.

These ideas can make challenges and promotions more exciting and rewarding for the community! 🚀

Profile Views Counter Bug & Wrong Visitor Count ⚠️

I noticed a bug in the profile views counter:

When I refresh my own profile page, the counter keeps going up.

For example see image, it showed 754 views, but after refreshing many times, it went above 4799 — only from my own clicks.

This means anyone can increase their views just by refreshing their own profile.

Suggestion:
Profile views should only increase when other users visit the page, not when I refresh or click my own profile.
