Referrals don’t go through most of the time and support won’t help. Easier link and instructions for referrals and better link to send since it only works minimal time. They also say in the monthly bonus vip drop down that your monthly bonus is calculated by your game play throughout the month and the more you play the better the bonus. But they give you less of a monthly bonus if you win big and withdraw and then deposit back in. And no consistency with the pre and post monthly bonuses as you climb the vip ladder. I love this platform but definitely some room for improvement.

I have a simple question/problem. A while ago, Stake ran a bunch of promotions in honor of its Birthday. I participated in all of them. As I understand it, the rules stated that if I won, the reward would be sent to the Stake user's account within 14 days of the winner's announcement. But instead of this it was just shared a link, where 20 winners can receive a prize (if they`re in the winners list). There was NO notifications about when the link with winners will be shared to receive a prize. So the problem is... it says in rules:

"If you win a Competition, Stake will display your username associated with your account on the Website (“Account”) on the Competition post thread, along with a link to a coupon to claim your Prize on your Account (“Prize”).

The Community Team may contact you via the social media platform used to submit your entry or your Account.

The Prize will be sent directly to your Account. You are responsible for providing accurate Account details. Stake does not accept liability for errors or delays due to incorrect details.

Unless confirmed otherwise in writing by Stake, your Prize will be given within 14 days of the Competition ending."

 

I thought that prize will be sent into account automatically (in case I won). I just suddenly found out that I`m on the winners list. And I can`t receive my fair prize of $400. Thta is really, really sadly. Especially when it`s the first time I won, but didnt receive the prize. It`s really frustrating...I wish Stake could send me the $400 of the prize I won, because $8000 prize for that event must be shared to ALL of 20 winners. This is unfair.

I would really like for stake to add double promo win for MLB postseason/playoff like last year and over the past year . not to forget NFL used to have double promo too . Please add it. @AleksandarG is the goat btw

I like the weekly promotion, the only suggestion I think is for the Level up promotion,

to try to avoid games that may not allow some locations. I run into it when its No Limit and a few others. 

They are easy to join and understand, My favorite is the level up.

 

And i think we needs some lottery levels up or statistically ramdom level up needs.

I would love to see more promotions focused on **"Long-Term Loyalty"** rather than just single-day events.rewards for players who maintain a high activity level for 4 weeks** straight A **community-wide challenge** with a leaderboard (not just based on spending, but based on tasks or milestones) would be very motivating.

The prizes are good. Honestly, some, others are somewhat confusing. The original ones are the ones I like. They are good and exciting to compete and if they need to have active notifications. If they are notorious I would like the promotions to be more constant.

Two months ago, you stated that you would keep the weekly bonuses at the $25,000 level, but it seems you only did this for one week. In addition, you never specify the dates for the monthly post distributions. None of the crypto bonuses you used to give throughout the month are being provided anymore. Likewise, you never announce clear dates for post payments — you’re treating people like fools. You must start specifying exact bonus dates. You also need to show how much the average wagering requirements actually yield and determine the average percentage rate of the bonuses you give. You can’t just decide when to do this based on what suits you. This behavior is unacceptable — people come here and invest their money.

It’s also clear that players who invest and play at high levels have absolutely no need for the tickets you give out in your raffles. The chances of new members winning these raffles are practically 0.1%. We’ve been following all the raffles, and it’s always the diamond users or those who invest and play with very high amounts who win. This is not a fair competition at all.

You are trying to run this platform however you please, as if it’s just for your own convenience. It seems like you’re mocking people. All the daily payments given during live streams or in Telegram groups are instantly taken by bots, and you’re unable to take any measures against this. You keep giving out bonuses with extremely high wagering requirements, which none of the high-level users even want to claim.

Current Weekly Promotions

- The events are pretty good now; I really like the level-up promotions. What I don’t like is that the sports promotions have too many alt accounts participating. The prize pool gets divided, and too many people abuse it.

- Pretty simple and easy to understand.
- Ascent: some weeks are too hard, some weeks are too easy

Ad-hoc Promotions

- It’s pretty good, although I rarely receive bonus emails. But basically, whenever I do get one, I’m always happy because Stake cares about its players.

- Yes, during the major events of the year, Stake always keeps up. Haha.

Ideas for New Promotions

- if possible, just give more bonus emails. that’s all I need.

- Add a wager bonus email but with more variety in slots. Usually, only 4 slots are available, which is quite limited.

- Add a few more events or themes for players in Asia. I see that Stake has quite a lot of Asian players, but so far there are only themes for Halloween and Christmas.
