Hello guys. After 6 months of self-exclusion, I decided to reactivate my account. However, after 50 days of my request, my account has still not been reactivated. [email protected] keeps saying they are too busy to give me a specific time frame. We are not making any progress. I understand that there are many users experiencing this issue. It is unacceptable to victimize your loyal users in this way. Maybe it is time for Eddie to hire some more staff. My best regards to you all. ThisOnline
