Why can't I add money or purchase stake cash says my card ain't working that I have to call bank but my bank said everything fine?can someone help or relate

I have and all they say is it's my bank n I called bank 3x n they said nothings wrong n I bought stake cash 4x befor n nothing went wrong.so idk whats going on but pretty messed up
