Contradictory statements

In cs-go2 you can bet on over/under markets on counter-terrorists & terrorist .
ex. terrorist rounds o9.5
in the e-sports general rules section it clearly states "All markets consider overtime, unless stated otherwise in the market name."
Support is telling me since it says in the general sports section "All match markets DO NOT include overtime unless otherwise stated."

Support is telling me that these markets fall under general sports rules and not the e-sports general rules .
What is the point in having e-sports rules saying overtime is included when you're just going to override the rule by saying "well in general sports it says it's not included"
There is e-sports rules for a reason and if this is actually the case, then that rule should be removed or in the betting market it should say "doesn't include overtime"
this is not a 1x2 bet , nor is it a general sport, it is a e-sport.
of course support doesn't provide "clarification" on WHY this applies other than , "it applies in this case".
Is it hard to provide a reason why and not just pull something out of a hat.
