Yes, if you've been chat-muted by moderators due to a rule violation, unfortunately you won’t be eligible to receive Rain or tips during that mute period.

According to Stake's official rules, to be eligible for Rain you need:
✅ To wager over $3,500 USD in the last 7 days
✅ Completed Level 2 KYC verification
✅ And most importantly, be actively participating in the chat

Since muted accounts can’t engage in chat, RainBot skips them automatically.
