I reached out to stake support and . But after 1 days my account is disabled. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY ACCOUNT BACK. Please anyone guide me. The stake support says - The account in question cannot be recovered. i have done level 2 verification way back atleast an year ago. And while getting back my account from the hacker I have even provided all the KYC documents and me holding my username and kyc document in hand. Iam ready to prove but the support isnt responding at all just saying The account isnt recoverable anymore. Iam the Firsthand and the only owner of the account.have done level 2 verification way back atleast an year ago. When I clicked a link regarding "Confirmation of changing email" from exact stake support mail he got access to my account. Fortunately the account was empty at the time. But apparently the support isnt listening they are just telling that the account is not recoverable. I dont know what to do. After seeing many incidents I am feeling whenever someone is nearly broke and are near to level up they do this.
