I have also got this email today @markusma and am now banned from promotions, I have never abused any promotion in any way, I have 1 account only on Stake. 
 

Is this some sort of mistake? @AleksandarG @MladenS @NatasaC ? how can so many of the regular challenges players recieve this email at the same time? 
I have completed Stake vs Eddie, I have collected 100’s of points for the other promotions and now Stake send a email and won’t pay any of them? 

Stake offer promotions that players get banned for if they play them? If that’s the case then I guess they want us to go to another site, well done Stake.

 

Have you guys recieved this email too @KartenStapel @Muxagateiro @daffyducky ?

They should set a visible bonus limit for every player — for example, $1500/month for Platinum 4, $2000/month for Platinum 5, etc. Otherwise, it's essentially phishing. People are getting banned after completing the promos, which is extremely unfair.

just think of it you spend 1k this week in promos and you get banned next monday in the morning - crazy whats goin on right now

instead of promo block begin starting today, they scam you all your work of last week

I find this decision by stake outrageous and I really hope they will reverse their decision and pay the money they legitimately owe to the people who validated the challenges before receiving the email.

I’m gonna miss out on maybe around $1500 in prizes now because of getting this email, all that I achieved before they sent this, it’s disgusting behaviour from Stake.

I'm not a banned guy and i started first time now the Reel Rumble Challenge. Now i'm scared to get banned too in future without any reason...that's absolutely not okay what you are doing stake team.

Few Solutions:

• Dynamic Price Pool based on entries (calculated on house edge based on wager for all). This is an easy going solution for stake without any risk.
• Limited Bonus Money /month/week/whatever based on rank (like another guy already wrote). Maybe a percentage of wager in the same time or whatever, you can do it on alot of different ways in transparent version for the players
• IF you bann ppl, THEN after the current running promos and not after they wiped thousands of dollars for nothing. RTP is RTP and we all are loosing long term, so no reason for any banns at all.

I have alot of more ideas/solutions for trouble like that but we know...at the end it's time waste to write it here -.-

Hopefully you will cancel all that banns and continue on normal way in future.

Not this one, but I got my first Bonus Codes Ban Mail about 12 Hours ago and im afraid that ill get this Promo ban too.

So all the hunting this week for SVE, RR, OA and LVLUP and all the losses will float away without getting smf back.

Not to mention that my PnL on stake is way more then 5 Digit Numbers, but my first Code Ban this Morning  rly give me the rest haha

Why we Promotion Players are getting punished even tho Most of us Are down that much @AleksandarG ? In my case its my first time Code Claim ban I just got

I also got into the same situation today. All payments for last week's promotions will be cancelled. The support response is "Stake reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its sole discretion". Just like that, they cancel it retroactively. And they don't know what I've violated. Nice.

I got this ban 2 weeks ago, but I still haven't received the letter. To say that I'm outraged is to say nothing. Tech. replies with nonsense. The new site policy is simply destroying it. @AleksandarG I hope you will sort out the situation and cancel all these unnecessary restrictions @AleksandarG @Edward

Well, i had 84 points on the rumble leaderboard on the 15th, before receiving the promotions ban mail this morning, and now i just was erased from the new leaderboard...

i would understand (not really but no choice) to be ban from the promotions, but such a retroactive effect... so it will be the same for the level up, the ascent...i had 5 points in the buzzer challenge, guess i'll disappear in the next leaderboard too...

i always thought stake was fair and had trust in it

we are not talking about the millions of users. we are talking about the few hundred that really enjoy and play the promos that stake try to make tasty for every player all the time with mails, posts and whatever.

if you have to be scared to get a bann for that after draining thousands of dollars, it's not acceptable.

Multi Account banns? go for it.
Normal Player banns because of good week/month or higher promo money payouts than normal? no go.

Hello @AleksandarG and sorry but as i see u respond to other demands, but not to this topic, could you just confirm it's fair that i didn't get the sve reward, and was deleted for the lvl up rumble reel (i had 84 points on last leaderboard, the 15th) as well as the ascent leaderboards wheras i had completed all these promotions before getting the famous mail on monday morning ?

by the way you sent me a message to claim one of the previous week forum challenge, i guess it's a trap ? or a joke ? i won't claim it as i'm baned from promotions and don't want to have anymore trouble, even if i still don't understand...but most of all i don't understand the retroactive effect...

Unfortunately, we as CMs are unable to assist you with this issue.

Please refer to the official email you received from Stake regarding promotions. If things change, you will be informed via email about it as well.

Furthermore, as the email mentions, you can still deposit, play and withdraw with no issues, and claim other bonuses and benefits as well.

Once again, we're unable to overrule this, and we can't provide further clarification or reasoning.

Sorry guys, but that's simply out of our jurisdiction.

It's actually crazy @AleksandarG that no one on Stake can give us answers on anything, my host says she can't help me because it is out of her jurisdiction, you are saying the same, the live support are saying that they can't give me any more information and that there is no email to the promotion team that I can contact for more information.
So there is not anyone that can help players on Stake.

Me and many others that have recieved this email had completed the challenges for last week before this email was sent + I had decent position for both the Reel rumble and the Nolimit miles high promotion, now they sent this email 1 day before these promotions ended, you guys removed me from all leaderboards and winning list and take away prize money of $1200-$1500.
I don't think you guys understand how much money it can cost us to play these challenges.

I know that it is not your decision to do this, I'm not blaming you for it, but since I can't contact the people that make these decisions I have to say what I think about it somewhere at least.
