And now plenty of alt accounts popping off in all challenge slots with maxwins and big points...it's just stupid to bann ppl when they just create new accounts and continue farming without any trouble...

Here two new Accounts, Maxwins on Reel Rumble Slots, created on the same day like the banns comes.

 

Maybe you can understand the frustration about this stupid idea that the marketing team again had (and no, i'm not banned and i don't have any restrictions but i know players that have with 1 acc, never multi acc, never abused promos or anything else)

That’s crazy. Same here, plat 3, true and legal player without Alt or something else, ban for promos -> its annoying but ok.

BUT, dont get paid for the promotions done before the mail its not legit.. pay me SvE, Lvl Up, Forums of the last week then i can leave this website in peace, but not without my winnings of the last week.

Me and many others that have recieved this email had completed the challenges for last week before this email was sent + I had decent position for both the Reel rumble and the Nolimit miles high promotion, now they sent this email 1 day before these promotions ended, you guys removed me from all leaderboards and winning list and take away prize money of $1200-$1500.
I don't think you guys understand how much money it can cost us to play these challenges.

I know that it is not your decision to do this, I'm not blaming you for it, but since I can't contact the people that make these decisions I have to say what I think about it somewhere at least.

i mean if you guys think stake put the restriction on because they want to cheat him out of few bucks you might need a mental health evaluation. simply he is farming there system and at some point they have to say its not fair to others that hes making it a side gig

Yeah I also got the same mail a few days ago, after the Stake vs eddie was completed few days before. Imaging spamming people with mails with different promotions, and we actually do them and then we get this mail.. How scummy behaviour.

I bet most of us dont even go break even before we can complete these promotions as well..

My host, as the CM or the support, can't do anything, it's not in their juridictions...So we can't speak to someone in charge...

I used to think stake was fair, now i'm in doubt, trust is lost

Well, i juste received another mail this morning, an update to your account, bonus limited 🤡

at the end of the mail it is written" You will also be able to claim bonuses such as Rakeback, Reloads, Promotions and Boosts."

does it mean my promotions ban is over ? 

i already ask the support, its not on their juridiction so they can t help

i guess @AleksandarGor @NatasaC are in the same case...

they say refer to the emails, ok, but as they are automatic ones, it s just not clear at all

so the support can t help, they told me there was no way to speak to the famous team in charge, the cm s can t help, neither can my host...

there is no way to have explanations or precisions...

i  had to get 700 dolls from last week challenges, i think i deserve more than an automatic email with unclear informations a'd no one to discuss with...
