Will be get ladder bonus in case of promotion ban

I got promotion ban for no reason I think, I am not sure why. 

But can anyone tell me multiple bonuses which I was recieving like ladder bonus. Some persons are telling, we will not get them as they are coming from mails. So is it true.

I think yes, they block all bonus… i never got ladder bonus.

Is there any other bonuses then except ladder bonus which we will not recieve by any chance ?
