Did Not Receive ₹5100 Bonus After Fulfilling Deposit & Wager Requireme

Hi Stake Team,

 

I received a promotional email on 3rd July 2025 stating that I would receive a ₹5100 bonus if I deposited ₹26,000 and wagered the same amount within 3 days.

I acted on this promotion and:

 

Deposited ₹27,140.52 on 3rd July 2025 via Tether (₹27,157.34 as shown in transaction proof)

Completed the required wagering of ₹26,000 (you can verify the bets and transactions on 3rd–4th July)

Withdrew the remaining balance on 4th July 2025

 

 

It is now 7th July, and I have not received the ₹5100 bonus as promised.

The email clearly mentioned:

 

Bonus will be credited within 48 hours

Bets on Stake Poker are excluded (I did not place poker bets)

Bonus can be claimed in crypto (I am fine with that)

I request the support/moderation team to look into this urgently. I have fulfilled all conditions but have not received the promised bonus, which is very disappointing and feels misleading.
