Converting coins

Is there a way on stake I can convert my Doge and other coins into Btc?

Try an exchange like Bitmex or Poloniex. Not sure on their current KYC requirements right now

Go to the Trading section of the forum - There are many traders there who will be willing to to trades with you.

Yes, there is so many ways, for examples : 
1. Use trading system from Stake by users like @DarkBlood069 and @athena2007.  (they both are legit, and they responds fast). You can see how to do it by visiting their forum
2. You can withdraw your Doge first to your wallet that supports exchanging doge to btc. 
3. Use 3rd service from other sites (well, it's not really safe.., i prefer use "their" service at Stake.
4. Well, the last things.. about in chat (at stake.com) you saying like :"who wants to trade?", but it's so risky if you really don't know the people is that wants to trade.

Eddie add them as a feature in stake soon,:) An exchanger will be hassle fee for all players.

I guess with the soon to be removed Marketplace section, users would need to use sites like Shapeshift.io and Changelly.com to exchange their cryptocurrencies then.

You can withraw your dogecoin to coinpot and convert to other coins.
