Weekly bonus

I have a platinum 2 vip level, last week I wagered about 700$ and today received a weekly bonus of 1.50$. Even when I did not play for VIP status, I always received a minimum weekly bonus of 5$ , but when playing, I constantly received more than 10$. This is either a mistake or a scam by the stake team. I contacted stakes' support team, but it seems like I was talking to a parrot named Va...a. She's not trying to help anyone solve a problem; she's just responding with the same standard text that I've seen many times. . In my opinion, she's very unprofessional.
Stake.com, I've been playing on your site for 4 years or more, I can't remember exactly, and I regularly play every week. I've lost more than I've won, and the maximum bonus I've seen from you is 100$.  No more deposits from me, no more bets.

same with me, what's more weird is that total bonus amount is bigger compared to last week:

July 19 - VIP weekly boost total: $19,897,914!

July 26 - VIP weekly boost total: $22,670,505!

What's the explanation for this, either some users received far bigger weeklys? anyone did maybe higher wagers?

Or the other explanation is that it's not a real number ..., or maybe they included the post-monthly or monthly into this..

In 2 years i never Had a Low weekly Like that ... There is 100% something wrong but i noticed they are Not caring anymore about the community....

They’ll chalk it up to “2 monthlies next month” to save face for all of us normal rollers. 
 

while it is sad to see it go down, stake has to pay for the 2 monthlies some how.🥹

When you loss they are paying much.becase your are play and play again.any casino wants player must play long term but they are in loss.you are gainer you not get more bonus.

I wagered 14k $ loss 200$ in 2 days and they sent me email bonuses rescontruction 30days and got weekly 1,8$.

next day they sent me ban bonus drop 7 days. 

nice rules, now iam 96,62% GOLD vip. I think never deposit until 30days end and after reach platinum i swear never deposit again & just play from bonus

Ami lo que me pasó cargo todos los días entre 5 y 10K y llega el semanal y me encuentro con 5.000 o 7.000 y la verdad que ganó y lo juego todo y ni así me dan lo que corresponde  espero que el bonus mensual me den más de 30 k por lo menos y yo hace 3 meses subí a plata y ya no san bonificaciones de nada solo te lo tenés que ganar si juegas en toda la semana
