I agree. Like I said, If that was true, It would ve been a lot funnier if this was a requirement but he still got picked

As many people have pointed out, and as is always stated in the competition terms, winners are selected completely at random.

All valid entries/accounts are entered into a randomizer, which is how winners are drawn.

The more competitions you enter, the better your chances of winning. That’s why some users win more than once; they simply participate more often than others.
