As a moderator i think the main roles is to maintain healthy chat environment in the chat room by warning or muting those people who are not following the chat rules. And also being a helpful resource by answering members' questions about stake like (How to calculate wager? How raffles tickets works?)

The key is balancing firmness with friendliness - making sure the chat to be fun but also safe for everyone.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

I am passionate and friendly person, i am also May 2025 winners of the Friendliest Chatters!😄I think that I spend most of my time in Chinese chat room. If someone not following the rules i will also let the mod know when they are active. I can say i learnt and fully understand all the rules in chat room.

5. Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?

Yes, several times. But i learnt from my mistake, my last muted was 4 or 5 months ago

Yes, I served as a volunteer moderator for 6 months on a Chinese crypto discussion forum with over 8,000 members (2021-2022). My roles included: Reviewing 100+ daily posts for compliance.

2.How much time on average do you spend on chat every day?

I spend like 8-12 hours in the chat, even no playing but still have some fun  with players in Chinese chat room

3.Can you briefly explain what the job of a moderator is?

This job of a moderator is to maintain a harmonious and safe chat environment, which includes enforcing community rules, promptly handling user-reported inappropriate behavior, answering user questions, promoting positive interactions, and ensuring all participants engage in a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Moderators need good judgment and communication skills to create a positive and healthy community space.

4.Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

Because I spend much time on stake every day, I often communicate with other users in the chat room. I think I have the ability to create a better atmosphere in the chat room.

3.你能简单解释一下主持人的工作是什么吗？ 
维护聊天室秩序，引导聊天氛围，注意每个人是否讨论敏感话题。对于新用户，向他们发送聊天室规则。首先，提醒他们不要违反规则。对于违规用户，按照规定禁止其发言。每天记录违规行为。
4.你为什么想成为这个聊天的版主？ 
我每天空闲时间比较多，我愿意花更多的时间为聊天室的人解答问题。我认为我有能力在聊天室营造更好的氛围。如果我成为主持人，我一定会更加全心全意地投入到这份工作中，为stake尽自己的一份力量。
5.你是否曾被警告、静音或曾经被禁过  
有过，因为一开始人都有不懂的地方，说了不该说的话，从那以后我就熟记每一条规则，保证不会再犯错误。
6.您曾经在其他平台担任过版主吗？ 
以前没有担任过版主，但是我的学习能力比较强，我相信自己能够做的比较好，为我们中文社区做一份贡献。而且我经常有在聊天室发言，有跟各位用户一起互动，我相信我能够胜任这份职业。

我已经完全准备好晚上工作了！我对夜间的聊天氛围和用户状态非常熟悉，坚信自己能胜任这个需要夜间工作的岗位。我的空闲时间比较多，而且一些大的比赛也在晚上，我喜欢这个氛围，我认为我完全有能力胜任这份工作，为我们的中文社区奉献。
