A moderator's primary role is to maintain a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment in the chat room. This involves enforcing platform rules, filtering out spam or inappropriate behavior, assisting users with their inquiries, and fostering a positive community atmosphere.

4. Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?

我本身非常喜欢与人交流，而且每天都有充足的在线时间。既然我每天都会在网络社区中花费大量时间，我希望能将其转化为实际贡献，协助官方管理聊天室，为构建更好的 Stake 中文社区出一份力。

I genuinely enjoy communicating with people and have a significant amount of free time to spend online every day. Instead of just surfing the internet, I want to use my time constructively to help the Stake team maintain the chat and build a better community experience for everyone.

I spend around 4–6 hours on chat daily, sometimes more depending on my schedule. I am an active member of the community and regularly keep up with ongoing conversations and activity in chat.

A moderator's job is to help maintain a welcoming, respectful, and fair environment for everyone in chat. This includes enforcing the rules consistently, assisting users when they have questions, de-escalating conflicts, reporting issues when necessary, and ensuring that conversations remain productive and enjoyable for the community.

I would like to become a moderator because I genuinely enjoy being part of the community and would like to contribute more to it.
