Seems like a pretty thorough list of requirements there, does being familiar with all dialects mean you expect mods to handle stuff like Cantonese and Shanghainese too or is Mandarin enough for most situations?

i remember a dude in the english chat once who only spoke cantonese and it was chaos till someone stepped in to help him, just goes to show how a mod can totally change the vibe when they can actually communicate. good luck to everyone applying for this, hope they find some chill people who are on late when things get a bit weirder haha
