DM Begging

Hi guys.

I'm facing this issue very often now days and even after trying to be nice to everyone, some people just want to take advantage of me.

Guys I love all of you and thats true. I have nothing against any of you and probably never will, but please don't DM me asking for money. I keep my DM's open to help people who are going through a tough time and not to give money.

Whenever I go on a tipping spress, I get sooo many DM's asking for money and please realise, that I give it to people who I see are active and make others happy. Asking me will just make me want to not give it to you. Besides, I think the guidelines say that DM begging is not allowed.

Just ignore requests or close private messages for all users except friends, and your problem will be solved,

The best thing to do then is to take few screenshots and report to any Mod or Support online , PM Begging is a mutable offense and also reporting Beggar's is good for keeping the community clean too ! And you can also enable "receive Pm From only friends settings" ,so you get PM's From only your friends  .

You can report them to live support. Just send them a screenhot of the begging, and they will do the rest

It’s so tiring that some people would really care to chat and then beg. I normally ignore those pms, the more you entertain them, they will keep doing it over and over.

Tko Such a sweet guy , Advice for you i know you like to keep your inbox open for people to talk to you , but for the ones that are begging you for money just unfriend them they cannot send you messages then , i guess they are only to blame if they cant get in touch with plus they reach you on the forum if they have to talk to you xxx

And for all those ridiculous users that spam out nice people trying to take advantage of them , You should be ashamed of yourself, this is not a charity its a casino, i don't see none of you begging maverick or dose or thugstream in pm for money , you know why ? because you would be told to f*ck off with a few mute coins to make you feel special , Just goes to show you how two faced some people can be , all nice in chat then preying on people in pm it infuriates me to no end ,.

Keep up the good vibe in chat TKO its refreshing to see ❤️

p.s report there ass less beggers in chat the better it is for all of us ❤️

Sad to say, but it's way it always was, are, and probably will be... Just report, ignore, and forget. I stopped to waste my time even to talk with them long time ago

well as he is listening to random people's problems and gives advices, i do not think this will be better. maybe just reportt them to support? so that they can ban them? i hate begging people. its okay if you are on the mood to giveaway some winnings but it makes my blood boil when people ask for it.

I personally like to give them a second chance before reporting by telling them the rules and how I will report beggars the second time they ask. Who knows, maybe it's their first time and not one of the countless alts they made to beg.

I also like to educate these people by telling them via pm how useless it is to beg for 1-5 cents when you can make more picking up garbage (literally) off the streets, and how they will never get ahead in life.

If all else fails, I suggest you report them like everyone else is saying.

I don't wanna report them because I want to keep the possibility of helping them available. I don't wanna report them and never be able to help them

Also, i have kept my DM's open on purpose  So that people can talk to me whenever they want to talk to someone. But thanks for the advice ❤️ Love you

I still remember, when one user, who was asked in pm "give some money for buying milk for baby" answered "then you should go to beg farmer, not gambler"

Just ignore them or remove them as your friend so they can't send dm to you. You can also report them is support by just taking screen shot to prove its a passive begging and support will take action on it. In my case I just don't reply to it and ignore if someone asking for a tip or loan.

As many others have mentioned, either you ignore them or report them. Most of the time I tend to choose the option to ignore/selective read over it.

While I am very sympathetic @TKO but appeals like this are hopeless. 

The only good thing to do that might work is simply automatically put anyone who PMs you asking for money on your ignore list. 

If you want to take the extra step of reporting them, I assure you, they will be muted in chat, begging is wrong in general chat and wrong via PMs.

Clearly they are primarily interested in you for your money which is a shame.  I think they do it because it must work on some people, make it clear it wont work on you by using ignore.  Don't worry, I expect they have several alts, so it's not like you can't visit with them in the future if they finally wise up and start to behave and not treat you like a big wallet.  Good Luck and stay cool!

I am pretty new here, but I have experienced some of this DM begging as well. I felt really sorry for one guy and tried to help out. It was dumb, I was a patsy. I hate to have this attitude, I dont like seeing people struggle but around here, there are some predatory individuals. I have to agree with the others, report and ignore.

Yeah its happening to me, when i open message for Pub. And when i shared my big winning. Someone will PM me and begg me some money lol

 

Just report it to Mod/support, and they will do the rest

Yeah just ignore it, i always ignore that begging pm and ask to get a loan. Or ss and forward to the support, bam, muted.

So true . but I often feel hesitant to report that person just because he asks for a coin. But I also feel disturbed when I have received so many DMs that contain asking for coins. Can I ignore that person? How to ? Need help
