i got many beggar dm at first time im at stake... they borrow and never return , there have 1 way to solve this beggar issue.... that turn off pm if there arent a friend... no one can pm u now... only ur friend

Just report, and after that ignore it

To be honest, whenever you win even your closest friends will beg. I would just simply report them, it's the easiest action to do.

Just ignore the person as you would ignore the person in normal chat!

ha I've gotten some where they try to guilt you into giving them money. I'd say it's best to just ignore it or bet privately.
