Regarding closure of lost account and new account

Hello, I lost access to my previous stake account associated with email address [email protected] for which I had contacted live support multiple times to no conclusion until I lost access to the email associated with it, so I decided to create a new account, however, I can't seem to be able to get my verification done on my new account since the previous account mentioned before seems to not have closed down, however, I have no way to access it anymore at all and would like to use the new account altogether where I cannot seem to be able to withdraw since it says I need verification which well as mentioned failed because of my older account linked with the ID proof. I need a resolution asap, either close my old account so I can verify my documents with the new account. I even contacted recovery team but they said they won't be able to help with it since I need to withdraw money from my new account and the account I previously lost is seperate from this so the alternative solution would be to transfer the money from my new account back to the older one which I can recover again as the recovery team said since I cannot have two accounts.

My older account username was ap78967 and the new account is ap0077.
