Complaint against Chat Moderator

Dear - Support / Community Team 

Recently i had an conversation with indian chat MOD - ewm011

, In which i simply asked that chat mod If i could or could not post the 

Link for new stake game chicken 

and reply to this was simple yes/no which he would have gave 

but the Chat mod ewm011 took it persnally idk what grudges he got 

and started talking and guiding me how to chat 

 Reasons 

1. Bragged about his position as a moderator 

2. Insulted me directly , which i found Disrespectful and unprofessional 

3. failed to address or resolve the actual query i raised 

i kindly ask the support / community team to check this matter , and review the 

moderators conduct , and please take appropriate action to ensure that all the players receive 

respectful and helpful assistance in future 

 

As a player i do expect fair treatment and such behaviour which ewm011 did with me not only 

Creates a negative experience but also discourages players from engaging into chat/ community

Same just happened to me today. Please someone help

Yes ewm is just absurd . When there are people in chat for the help of deposit problem i.just  gave the [email protected] mail..And he banned me for 24hrs for sharing socials. So wtf to do bcs stake live support is ai . They can't help and the stake support mail is not working.

Well that guy just takes out his frustration on people by muting them. Must be because his brain did not mature enough. 

I asked him how to report a mod and this is his response.yes, I deserved mute for my first mistake of sharing code but mute for asking how to complain and I even ment it as a joke is too much. I kind off laughed hard 🤣. God such a child.

 

Stake sould really hire good mods instead of bullies @NatasaC

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the behavior of this @ewm011 moderator. I am honestly feeling very frustrated at this point.

 

It appears that the moderator tends to take things personally and reacts very quickly without properly reviewing the situation. There seems to be a lack of patience and understanding, and mutes are being issued too hastily, sometimes without fair consideration.

 

This has happened to me multiple times, and it feels like decisions are being made based on emotion rather than clear and objective judgment. Such actions make it difficult for users to feel heard or treated fairly, especially when they are genuinely trying to follow the rules.

 

I strongly request that this matter be looked into seriously. There should be a review of how moderation actions are being handled, so that users are treated with fairness, professionalism, and consistency.

 

I hope appropriate attention is given to this issue.
