What you can do until it is 100% solved is to select the same coin above as the coin you are going to tip, this usually works. (for example in your pic you have selected Dogecoins above, and you are trying to tip Bitcoins). If you refresh the browser, select the coin on top to be Bitcoins and after that try again the tip in Bitcoins, it will probably work.....
