i get the need for mods but are we suer asking people to work nighttime as a condition up front is the best filter? feels like you might scare off some decent candidates who are great but just cant do graveyard shifts permanently

I once tried to learn Thai for a trip and totally butchered the tones so I have mad respect for anyone who speaks it fluently. Hope you find someone who actually knows what they're doig and doesn't just rely on Google Translate.
