Rains in Chat

How does Someone Actually Get Rain? I have noticed People who barely chat are getting rains where as the One's who are really active is not getting at all. Why is that? Is there a thing called Rain Ban which the Support totally denies? There are people who are winning 2-3 rains in a row where as many of them are not even getting one? is this legit? I have too many doubts. Is there any way to increase your chances of getting rain??

To be eligible for Rain, you must wager $3,500 in the last seven days, complete KYC level 2 ,   You must also be active in the chat.

Yes i Have All those Done Ma'am but not recieving any rain in the past few days even though i am active for hours. It just feels Like i am rain banned or something

Rainban has always been a thing. But late November they implemented something that is banning masses of loyal og players. The bans have 1 week intervals. Now it seems if you first got one, it just continiues week after week. You might get a few hours to a day ban-free between before they hit you with another 7 days. Stake emplyees are told to deny this, but when you are in one of the regional chats you can easily see the pattern of the bans. And worst of all is that they mostly target players who are down bad.

This is exactly what's happening to me right now. I've been in the chat every day for four years, and I know exactly what's going on.
 

About a month ago, I received affiliate cashback ($5,000) as a bonus, I think this is the trigger, because I had a lot of bonus money and a little profit because of it, but the fact that I was 7k in the red the month before is of course irrelevant.

and now, after having a small withdrawal, But I deposited everything again, and more , I haven't received a single rain for seven days, even though I was active in the chat and had enough wagers!

I usually get 5-15 rains every day. After those seven days, I received 13 rains in a couple of hours and since then, none for two days.

I can already tell that I won't get any  rain for the next five days! I'm constantly in the red, Platinum 6.

It's outrageous! They should punish bonus abusers, but not people who have been losing money for years and lose $1,000-$3,000 +- every month!

It`s a completely disgusting skem they have rolled out. And still denying it is basicly like telling us grass is blue and snow is pink. Don`t they know we can clearly see it?

Looking back, this was probably their plan right from the day they removed rainbot from english chat. I guess in their minds the regional chats didn`t have enough users to "make a case" of it or something. idk..
