Statics and weger Issue

Hello,
I want to highlight an issue I am facing. I have a total of 10 tickets, which means I have wagered more than 10,000 USD this week. However, when I download the statistics, it is only showing a wager of 7,000 USD.

Could you please check what the issue is?
