You hit 20$ on 0.2$ bet = 100x but if I use extra chance 0.6$ (bese bet 0.2$) and I hit 20$ it show's that my X is 33x So if I use extra, does it count towards challenge as 100x or as 33x?

In other words, the relevant multiplier is the one displayed when you open the bet via chat. Please note that challenge rewards are automatically credited to your account.
