Listening to music is really the only thing that can improve my mood. Mind you, sometimes it can make it worse, depending on what I'm listening to at the time. Other then that eating chocolate or having a nap sometimes works. 😊

One thing that instantly improves my mood is taking a warm shower and making a cup of tea. It’s just super relaxing and helps me reset after a long day. Also, going for a walk in the sun always makes me feel better and gives me more energy. ☀️🍵🙂

Regarding my mood, it would be good company and good energy. The right people around me can turn even the most boring or stressful day into a good one. And honestly, a solid workout at the gym always helps too. It clears my head and resets my mood every time. 🤌🏼
