2FA on tipping gone ?

So Stake has added a lot of security to the Site as to keep the balance safe and keep the players safe. They have added things like vault , 2FA and many more. They have added 2fa for any moving of Transaction from an account and for withdrawal which is safe for the players. But today when i tipped there was no 2FA why ?

I was thinking did Stake remove 2FA from the tipping feature ? Why ? I know people complained of it being annoying but why not add it and keep a timer so that we can tip anyone without 2FA for that much time and when the time is up we type the code again and the process goes on :). It would be much much safer if tipping of accounts was there with 2FA with a timer :)

What do you guys think ? Wouldn't it be greater if 2FA was added to tipping ( with a time limit ) so it's safer ?

This is a pretty nice suggestion. Thank you. We can look into this. It isn't fool proof as someone accessing an account could still hijack a session whereby the 2FA timer is in play. This could alsmost create a false sense of security.

I am very glad that compulsory 2FA for tipping is now gone. On a basic level, as long as your account's login has 2FA enabled already, I do not see how it would be neccessary still for 2FA to be compulsory for tipping too as a security measure except for a measure of double checking if you are tipping to the correct recipient.

I would love there to be an option where I can enable and disable it at my own discretion. I think that would make everyone happy, from those that find the 2fa annoying, to those who prefer the extra security.

Yeah that also Is a good idea since most people were complaining a lot about it since when tipping they needed the 2FA always which annoyed them an option to switch it off an on would be a nice touch.
