santachuuck Posted November 30, 2018 #1 Posted November 30, 2018 So this words "When the FUN stops STOP" mean a lot to me because I think thats so right. Always when I bet I just bet to make profit and I get it and Im getting greedy and want more I believe many in the chat seen how greedy I am xd . So after getting profit when I start to get greedy thats when my fun already stops and I just play to make money. So Im writing this for people who are greedy like me and do all ins bet like 1 eth bet all in and you lose and there isnt anymore fun or didnt even got have fun me and who does the same need to stop doing big bets and just play small and have fun. Gambling small , having fun and knowing when to stop will only achieve profit!
Etude Posted November 30, 2018 #2 Posted November 30, 2018 Yeah I suppose having a good self control is a very important factor in ensuring a more wholesome experience when gambling most definitely and less stressful.

jualid Posted December 1, 2018 #4 Posted December 1, 2018 Yeah, always know when to stop, especially when you already have a good profit. It's better to stop for a while.
DreamStage Posted December 1, 2018 #5 Posted December 1, 2018 Well i dont think we can stop the probabilistics even if you stop and come back at later time. Sometimes it's just a matter of pre rolling (you know roll as much 0s as you can) to reset some odds.
irawk0 Posted December 1, 2018 #6 Posted December 1, 2018 Yea, knowing when to stop or when to let greed take over is crucial to the ability to win big here I'm the same and always chase the even higher target lol. I find it more fun just to bet small now, and try to learn techniques/chase high multipliers 😛
jkd123 Posted December 1, 2018 #7 Posted December 1, 2018 If you already on win maybe you should set your limit to lost your profit at some point. In some case, we can't stop when lose. There is bigger problem. I did that few times😂

Some miss explanation you got there mate. About we can't stop when lose you just can by stopping...
chrisconn63 Posted December 1, 2018 #9 Posted December 1, 2018 i do not have the ability to stop on plinko. when the fun stops i want the fun back so i keep going like an idiot EVERY single time.
hillowner45 Posted December 1, 2018 #10 Posted December 1, 2018 OH yeahh its so important for us to realise that we are all here for entertainment and if we aren't having fun then what we even here for? Thanks for that little motto OP, I will be sure to remember those words during my most heated gambling sessions. It will definately make me self aware of my current emotional state and quickly turn off the "off" switch if I'm no longer having fun.
wiro212sableng Posted December 1, 2018 #11 Posted December 1, 2018 That's right, sometimes preoccupation makes us forget ourselves and greedy. Stopping happily in victory is the definition of true victory
David Posted December 1, 2018 #12 Posted December 1, 2018 I love that slogan, all bookmakers in my country must use that line in the title when advertising. Self control is hard, but you learn from the shitty experiences hopefully then realise you've got to get real. It's when you are winning and feel invincible that you fall hardest. I hope the vault helps some people out regarding self control, would be cool also to have a timer on how long til we can withdraw from vault if we wanted, but that could be a whole other topic. Thank you for spreading awareness!
Etude Posted December 1, 2018 #13 Posted December 1, 2018 Hmm awareness levels during gaming sessions and off gaming sessions certainly is a world of differences. Once we are playing, self control and awareness are usually nearly gone as pleasure and greed are lurking to take over.
williamshennie9 Posted December 1, 2018 #14 Posted December 1, 2018 Well, the most important aspect to gambling is self control, if you can get that right, you will be able to have lots of fun gambling, and accept losses when they happen.
bmg Posted December 1, 2018 #15 Posted December 1, 2018 It's good to have a limit and have self control but i can admit it I am a sucker for the games so most of the time self control goes right out of the window.

I could write the same thing, but I fully agree with you, you can gamble but until you can actually control yourself to STOP, that's when you really actually can gamble, that's the best a gambler could be. But undoubtedly I can't control myself either, but I know when to tell others to STOP.
zeriko Posted December 1, 2018 #17 Posted December 1, 2018 Yeah it's honestly pretty disheartening when I make massive profits and lose track of how far I've gotten so I keep betting and then the inevitable loss streak starts and the chasing Stars and the losing starts and the winning stops
Snike Posted December 1, 2018 #18 Posted December 1, 2018 You gotta see it in another way though, for some the fun stops with one lost bet. For others the fun stops when they busted their whole balance. You should stop when you feel a bad feeling or a unlucky streak is coming
DviouS Posted December 1, 2018 #19 Posted December 1, 2018 Get rich or die trying 🤑 The fun never stops..... not here anyway!
Moderator Flan Posted December 2, 2018 Moderator #20 Posted December 2, 2018 The fun will stop when busted, or the profit was depleted into a same balance you play with. Hard to know that you need to stop, but it's hard. Greediness would possess you and you didn't realize it to stop those not fun after your balance become a zero.
BLXN Posted December 2, 2018 #21 Posted December 2, 2018 and when you make more money than you would in an 8 hour shift, withdraw, and start again tomorrow. The less you consider a loss a "loss" the easier it is to overcome mistakes, and still have fun -- let go of the attachment, and expectation of winning, and play your best.
Kate Posted December 2, 2018 #22 Posted December 2, 2018 The fun will always stop when you bust your whole balance but it will begin again when you make a lot of money from a very small balance
Sefan Posted December 2, 2018 #23 Posted December 2, 2018 The fun always stops for me after i hit anything above 100x on plinko, as i know i will bust it all on plinko cause i can't controll my self to stop and just withdraw

By setting a win target you stop when you are still having fun and financially ahead, you can now go do something fun with your winnings. By stopping as soon as it is no longer fun, even if you are down financially, you can simply chalk it up to entertainment expenses, after all it costs money to go to a movie too, and they are usually way less fun than gaming. So if you can do those two things you'll never lose. Good Luck, Play Smart, Be Strong!
