ceastem Posted April 6, 2019 #26 Posted April 6, 2019 Negativity is often observed here due to losses. I guess they just want to vent out that they lost or something, cause if they don't they might cry. This leads to people being unfriendly or something. It's good that @TKO came to stake and spread good vibes since his first day here. I appreciate his efforts to spread good vibes. I guess he's pretty busy now and doesn't have much time anymore for stake..
Paecga129 Posted April 6, 2019 #27 Posted April 6, 2019 Like I said I have been on both sides of it. I am the first one to go to chat whining cuz I just lost. But it comes with the territory and you have to just ignore it and not take it on a personal level.
laron Posted April 6, 2019 #28 Posted April 6, 2019 very much if you find something like that, but it depends on our attitude to react to it, don't think too much if it feels bad, just ignore it
doddolo Posted April 6, 2019 #29 Posted April 6, 2019 Is not a problem affecting only stake's chat.... it happen often when there is a chat service. Just ignore bad users.
ILLarion Posted April 7, 2019 #30 Posted April 7, 2019 People lose mutual understanding. The fact that a well-established social group perceives badly newcomers is nothing supernatural. Just human nature. For example, it bothers me when people hide emotions and flatter too much.

That being said, there are plenty of friendly user that are more than happy to provide advice that are within that knowledge too. It is sad to say, but when you put someone behind a hidden computer screen, their worst side comes out, and they don't care about someone else's feelings like they say, just ignore ppl like them.... u cant even imagine what pms i got from sad ppl...
lupandina Posted May 1, 2019 #33 Posted May 1, 2019 It wasn't like that earlier... There was times, when Stake chat was one big friendly family. Beggars, alts and scammers were pretty rare thing. Well, things changed I just learnt to be less openly with everyone, changed my settings to block pm's from not friends, and ignoring every user in chat, who's msg brings negative mood for me.

Your best bet is to just ignore everyone that is being negative 🙂 Yep.. ignore button works wonders and there for a reason.. realistically, not everyone will be on the same wave lenght therefor some willnoy or ever get along.. some do managed to avoid drama by simply not react to what someone else is doing or saying.. and some straight up ignore them and pretend they do not exist.. its a skill called selective reading..xD or just use the ignore button which no skills are required.. simple, quick and ez pz.. .... its the internet.. its the trolls/keyboard warriors natural habitat where they feel superior..

It is sad that the public chat has become like this, but I suppose with all the tips flying around, trivias and occasional roll hunts, it provides a window of opportunity of beggars to score free money. In the early days, many beggars didn't know about Stake, but as it has grown, so have the beggars that leech onto the chat.

XLEB Posted May 3, 2019 #37 Posted May 3, 2019 The whole world needs more good. It is difficult when mutual understanding disappears between people. Well, casinos are not the best place to make friends, especially for me ... there is a bad experience.
