Has it ever happened to you that you made a high odds bet with many teams and everything was winning, but you lost only because of one team? It hurts the most when just one match ruins the whole ticket after coming so close to winning. I want to hear your experiences and how big the odds were when it happened. Do you still like making high odds bets after that or did you change your strategy?

man, this is the story of my life. had an 12-leg accumulator last month with 450.00 odds, and everything hit except for a heavy favorite in the premier league who decided to draw against a bottom-tier team at the 90+4 minute. it’s absolute mental torture watching that one red line ruin a massive payout.

after a few of those "heartbreaks," i definitely adjusted my strategy. i still throw a couple of bucks at high odds "lotto" tickets just for the rush, but 90% of my bankroll now goes into singles or doubles. the dopamine hit from a longshot is great, but the steady growth from singles is what actually keeps you in the game.

do you guys use any "accas insurance" or do you just go full "all or nothing" every time?
