Got muted unfairly

yesterday got muted i was sleeping while i got muted didnt know from which mod but thats unfair they say that i got muted for asking loans in chat but i didnt do that so my stake acc has a different nick from forum nick my stake nick is Rudari70.need answers from mods

contact support they can show you the exact conversation that you were muted for. It should have the right name in the conversation.  If its not you then they can see it and fix it for you.

Most likely from passive begging. Not saying you were as i did not witness you getting muted, but thats one of the common reason people get muted. Nonetheless, you shouldve gotten a warning beforehand in order to educate you on what the rules are. 

Dont feel bad, its only temporary, if it would make you feel any better, i was muted for a few weeks at Primedice after a few days on me joining. XD

Mutes aren't given without a valid reason.

However, please, tell us your username and we will check.  The one linked to your forum account appears as non-existent in our database.

You have already been replied on support chat to this issue.

However, I deem it necessary to post it here as well so that others see on one more example that mods/support don't mute without a valid reason (even though you come to support and make topics on the forum claiming that you didn't).
