In chat everyone seems to have an alt 1 or 2.. what are the benefits of having one.. are there rules in having an alt.. how can a player tells if another player is on an alt or main acc..some think that my acc is an alt.. don't know why..what are the consequences.. and how to prove if accuse your acc is an alt?

This is an age old question... 

from my understanding alts are allowed but you cannot talk in chat with both accounts within a close time frame

There has always been worries of banned/muted users avoiding the punishment by using/creating alternate accounts and also at the same time for the abusive purpose of getting tipped multiple tips in the rare occasion someone in chat is tipping indiscrimnately.

i dont know about the others but ii used to make an alts just for my Bank, but since there was a Vault, i never opened my alt account anymore

Yeah sometimes its obvious when alts fill the channel..

some users admit to having 10 or 20 alts while in thenmain chat, it makes me want to vomit when i see such behavior.

but its not up to ke to police this, nothing i can do or say that will change anything 

so the more power to them i guess for the sake of not being negative

i only used a alt account once (godbank)  because i was muted for 99  hours lol but till now hvnt used my alt in almost a year

Why would you need an alt?

• Alts can be used as bank accounts for extra security.
• Alts can be used to abuse faucet (which is always punished by a ban!)
• Alts can also be used to farm rains, like you wager on two accounts so you get rained on 2 accounts.
• Alts can also just be used as a fake account to scam or such things. (Dont do it, it gets punished too.)

How to prove that your account isnt an alt?

• You can go into live support and ask them if there is any other account registered on your IP.

A fantastic checklist as to the pros and cons of Alts, @Snike.

In the long run, constant usage of Alts account can really possibly do more harm than benefits in terms of  the specific player's overall trustworthiness too.

I think there is a rule that you only can chat with 1 account in chat room.

I have an alt for bank but i don't use it anymore right now because of vault.

the rule is honestly.... weird... as some people or mods i should say... dont let any  known alt of a  user chat regardless of the time between the last chat of the main...
and others have told me as long as its not within a close timeframe they are okay with it...
rules are goobled up and squigly

You can't prove someone has an alt account. The best would be to report it to live support, and they will investigate it further

i am not trying to prove anything, just conversing,
: ) lol no neeed to get defensive kekekek 
but yeah cause of vpn stuff support is weird about the alt tstuff.. ive been accused for being a person i am not cause they i guess used the same vpn as me and thus at one point used same up but yeah it was bs
