Don’t chase losses, that’s where it gets worse fast

Set a strict budget and stick to it no matter what

Take breaks — playing continuously usually leads to more losses

If you do play, go for smaller bets and cash out early instead of waiting for a “big hit”

And most important, only play with money you’re okay losing
