I once played Sweet Bonanza Candyland with an $24 bet on autoplay. During one round, my bet was rejected, and I missed out on $24,000. When I contacted Stake support, they asked for a Bet ID. But there wasn't one because there was no bet due to the rejection. Since then, I've been playing less and less on Stake because no one has taken responsibility. I got scammed by Pragmatic.

I was playing Bac Bo, bored, and got the "jackpot" that's x88 with a gamble of aprox $280 USD so got around 26k USD, made some withdrawals that were rejected by my bank (Wich I didn't realize) and kept playing without noticing my numbers, 1 and a half minute later, I lost it all.

🥲 when i started gambling i had 30$ thought i can buy a new mobile phone worth 200-300$ and eventually i made 30$ to 150$ something when i went to store i got greedy and wanted just 50 more dollars so i did all in dice 1.3x 🥲 and i lost all of it while i was still in the store 😭😭 worst day and experience in stake and then i left gambling

Worst experience by far is getting banned from Stake Promotions, I have been rendered ineligible to get any bonuses from Promotions. First time they banned me I was owed around 1000 USDT worth of bonuses that I risked money wagering and qualified for before being made aware that I am no longer eligible for Promotions, never got them!

They decided to lift the ban after a couple of weeks and 2 weeks later I got another one, which from the looks of it is a permanent one. I do not understand the reasoning, I have wagered over 2.5 million dollars and statistically should have lost about 80-90k considering the house edge on the slots i usually play (not sure if this is indeed the case, too scared to actually check the stats) and yet I am not eligible for 50 to 300 dollar promotional bonuses.

And this happened when they offered a lot more Promotions and I was just cooking, month after month I was making on average 1000 to 3000 dollars of profit and it finally felt like gambling made sense and was actually fun and not scary.

I can not understand why I am treated like a bot, I literally have my face on the profile photo and I use my personal email for the account. Never got an explanation, all my attempts at getting an answer have been met with a generic message "This is out of our hands and it is the Marketing team that makes these decisions. You can still deposit and lose money though, we just can't have you have consecutive months where you are profitable."

My theory, Marketing team has their group of people running accounts that scoop up all the daily and weekly promotion bonuses and would hate to have peasants like myself cut into that profit. It is so painstakingly obvious that the same few players always win the Daily Buzzer Beater challenges and it is always the same exact strategy, they know the games before hand, farm a big win, close the tab and open it when the challenge starts. SIMPLE!
