Hash Posted April 11 #1 Posted April 11 Not sure if this has been brought up before but I think it's worth discussing. On most US sportsbooks, if a player gets injured and doesn't come back, your prop bet gets voided and you get your stake back. Stake doesn't do this, so if you bet on a guy to score 20 points and he limps off in the first quarter, you just lose. Didn't matter how good your read on the game was. I get that Stake operates differently from regulated US books, but this feels like a pretty basic protection that a lot of us expect at this point. Would be great to see it added, even as an opt-in feature or something. Anyone else feel this way? monkeygambless, Durmanzano and SPN 3
monkeygambless Posted April 11 #4 Posted April 11 This would be amazing, but would damage their profits. Would drive a lot of new users to stake as no other crypto casino offers this protection. Hash 1
Hash Posted April 15 Author #6 Posted April 15 In today’s Hornets game, Adebayo’s situation is a very good example of this issue. Adebayo had a great start, but LaMelo intentionally injured him, and he left the game after 10 minutes and never returned. I don’t think this is fair. I won’t place another NBA bet on Stake unless they start voiding these situations. Who even cares…
