Personal bonus

JWhen I didn't have any VIP level, I still received individual bonuses via email, and now I don't receive them at all, despite such high turnover... It's not fair. I'm 5% short of Silver, and I can't count on any help.

Yeah they sent a lot at first but when you start advancing, you get it rarely

Any ideas on how to get a tip? Besides free cash and chat, because I'm on mute. I'd love to get silver, that 3% isn't much.
