Chartbet Bug or rigged

This is the 4th bet with bug, tried only for recording, bet 100sats just for evidence.

Prior to this, my bet is 10k sats with multiplier of 10000. i cashed out around 130x for the 1st bet and 111x for the second, 25x for the third.

After clicking cashed out, it crashed at 0.99x.

how come it crashed on 0.99x when i cashed out around 100x.

I could have recovered all the lost with previous bet and some good profit on 3 bets with 10k sats bet.

In the end, still a crashed at 0.99x

 

I already reached out support for this issue, still don't get good feedback.

All they say is visual glitch, how can i accept visual glitch if in my eyes I have won that 4 bets and can recover my loss.

its nice that there is some one who open up with this situation .. and having a video as an evidence.. it is so embarrassing that you almost lost all your coin then you know that you win the last bet but its all goes by crashing .99x that was bullshit.. i hope you get what is you have won.. and hoping that stake developers fixed the bug in charbet.. hope all the players that have the same issue will speak ..

I hope this is resolved soonest. Even if it is a visual bug, it is completely unacceptable for this to be happeneing. I would hope that the developers prioritse this and roll out a fix asap.

I agree, sometimes I'm so happy to see it goes to my goal, then it just goes over it and then boom what? 0.99x

yes i have experience i hope the developer fix it so that support will not reply visual issue
