Whatโ€™s your comfort food?

It doesnโ€™t have to be your favorite in terms of taste, just something that brings you a sense of ease, reminds you of good memories, or makes you feel warm and content.ย ๐ŸฅฐMy comfort food is spaghetti Bolognese, but only the way my mom makes it. It brings back so many childhood memories and somehow always lifts my mood. Itโ€™s the kind of meal that feels like a little piece of home whenever I need comfort!ย ๐Ÿฝ

Now, let me hear what your comfort food is!

Heey Andrea,

And it took me a moment for what actually my comfort food is. My mind went immediatly to some food,ย
however when I actually thought about it those are just me being LAZY AF foods.

So then I actually thought what comforts me and that is:ย

- when i really actually have a bad bad bad day, nothing will bring me back to when times were simpler good more warmer to the feeling where i get truly nostalgic about:

ack to the times with grandmother:

Khichdi is my comfort food, and in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, it is much more than just a meal ,it is a cultural staple and a symbol of warmth.

โ€ข Short Benefits:

Easy to Digest: Gentle on the stomach and often the go-to meal for recovery or detoxing.

Complete Protein: The combination of rice and lentils provides all essential amino acids.

Anti-Inflammatory: Turmeric and ginger provide natural healing properties.

Instant Energy: Provides a balanced mix of complex carbohydrates and protein to keep you fueled without feeling heavy.

Mine is ''kacamak'' it reminds me of the good old days when there were no fancy foods or smart phones, or even internet. When things were a lot more peaceful. ๐Ÿ˜

Ah, you're that old? You probably went to school over the mountains and the seven seas, barefoot xD
