The "Hand-off" Fatigue: You have spoken to at least seven different agents (Marko, Leontina, MarkoPe, Dragan, Sanja, DavidGol, and DavidIsai). While they are all polite, each "new" person joining the chat resets the momentum, often leading to them reading from the same script.

The Bottleneck: The support agents are essentially "gatekeepers" who don't have the authority to credit bonuses. They are waiting on the Marketing/Relevant Team, which seems to have a significant backlog or a technical glitch with the April 27th promotion.

The "Wager" Diversion: One agent (Marko) tried to pivot the conversation to your betting size when you asked about the VIP meter. This is a common support tactic to explain away slow progression, but it didn't address your specific concern about wagers not being credited at all.

Your Approach: You’ve been remarkably patient and polite ("No worries be happy," "I understand it's not your fault"). While this is great for keeping the agents on your side, it has allowed them to keep you in the "waiting" phase without a firm deadline. What happened to accountability
