Please post any maintenance that will happen in chat..cause i did lost some btc during game thinking google crash when refresh the initial game did not load and bet id wasn't recorded...and the .002 btc i bet was gone...not complaining i know is not a lot.. but giving a warning would help.. not speaking for the other players...it would have help me to finish the game win or lose..hope you guys understand its just my perspective..

If that happens again to you, go to the Live Support to figure it out. Bets dont go missing. You either lost, didnt place a bet or your 200k are in a bet right now!

heres the funny part it happened again but this time i have screens shots of it.. but it seems it couldn't happen..don't know why..thats when i got muted..long story short..i wont go to support for any issues thhat i would come across..

@Dan i have already did spoken with irena.. the support already decided that is impossible for a bet to be lost.. even though the time frame says one thing.. i even took a screen shot in refreshing the page.. is either the bet was lost or be refunded to be account.. the bet i knew that i lost was at 2:06..which was recorded.. the bet in question was at 2:09.. where the message fail to fetch appeared..thats when refresh the page..well u decide dan.. the first picture i had to search for the id bet..loock at the corner at each last three pictures..during refresh..if i lost that bet the id bet would have been recorded which was not..bet was not refunded to the account..

Thanks @polor12, so from what I gather, there is a missing bet that was made for the value of 0.0006 BTC?

yea and the id bet was not recorded..it did happen again when fail to fetch message appeared and same thing when i refreshed..but didnt decide to talk to support..knowing its "impossible" that a bet would be missing..now lately started getting there might be a bug message with different numbers..can't get a screenshot in time cause im using on screen keyboard..
