The rule requiring 10 posts is in place to prevent users from creating new forum accounts and immediately starting to spam promotions.

This is not a new feature. It has always been there, but it is not applied to all forum promotions, which is why you may not have noticed it before.

It prevents new account spammers. Not sure how much it helps tho, since they can just make accounts and get 10 posts lol. Probably better with something like Stake account connection, or verified stake.com account that is linked here, phone verification etc, those combat bots better

Hello, there!

In order to participate in forum fiveaway you need 10 posts on Forum.
It is easyly done!

Comment on someone topic ot try staring a new one by yourself and 10 posts will be there in a second1
