Like my colleague mentioned, the issue is a visual bug with the animation. It has been reported and our developers are already working on a solution. It should be fixed shortly.

Please, note that visual bug can't affect the outcome of the game. Your bet crashed at 1x, but due to the mentioned issue, animation kept going. That being said, it's not possible for you to click on the cashout since the bet has already been finished. If you have any doubts, you may verify your bet.

I set my multiplier to 10000x

I cash out at 130x then suddenly it shows crashed at 0.99x

In my eyes, ive waited more or less 1minute on the graph climbing up and my payout is almost 230K sats.

I know i won 230k sats. but loss.

If this is a bug, why not shutdown chartbet and do maintenance.

This is my 2nd experience today.

I have video of this. you can see i Cashout at 113x then it crashed at 0.99x.
