Unannounced maintence made me lose bet

Hi.

 

so yesterday as everyone saw, there was unannounced maintence and this maintence happened like on very very bad time when i was actually looking to cash out my sport bet within max 20mins.

 

Talking about bet sport:576944791

so 1st game was finished already and 2nd game was about to finish while 3rd game on list was still on 0-0 in soccer and going halftime break.

i was gonna cash out after 2nd game finishes pretty much because it offered me like 450€ cash out and i was just waiting for 2nd game finish so it gets the ✅ and it gives extra cash out but yeah then the maintence hit.

since the 3rd game was on half time i hoped the maintence is just like 10 minutes ish but the maintence got to like 4hours.

after maintence hit, i did check the X for updates or atleast info or notification about maintence and nothing, also the stake forum here from where i saw also nothing but like 30minutes later when it was already too late for me, i saw it was unannounced maintence.

 

basically i lost my chance to cash out and the support on chat tell me that its my fault.

so question is how its my fault that stake did unannounced maintence that lasted like 4hours?

i asked them atleast to have my bet voided so i can just well lets say accept atleast that option and re-do with new opportunity but no, they ignored me after that.

 

so how come its my fault on this unannounced maintence?

i dont know id still hope the bets be voided.

 

such maintences should be notified ahead so people could prepare!
