KarthiGambles Posted May 16 #1 Posted May 16 Hello Admins, I am posting here because my live chat session is completely locked up. Support agent Dusan has ghosted my ticket but left it active, which is blocking me from opening a new chat window, accessing the main menu, or reaching a supervisor. I need a Senior Sportsbook Manager to review a technical settlement error on an In-Play Asian Handicap soccer wager placed via the Stake.ac mirror. The Facts of the Match: Score when my bet was locked: 1-2 Match final score: 1-3 Score for the remainder of the match: 0-1 My Live Selection: +1.25 Frontline Support (Agent Dusan) flatly refused to escalate this to the trading desk, claiming that all live Asian Handicaps factor in full-match scores from kickoff. This is mathematically incorrect for live betting. Per industry data feed frameworks (such as BTI/Betfair) that power Stake’s live markets, an In-Play Asian Handicap completely ignores goals scored prior to placement—effectively resetting the live scoreline to 0-0. My selection is a clear Half-Push / Half-Win. Looking at Stake’s public Soccer Policies (stake.ac/policies/), Rule 1 and Rule 3 strictly outline duration parameters ("regular 90-minute time") but provide absolutely no custom clause stating that live handicap markets count past goals. Under standard betting contract principles (contra proferentem), omission or ambiguity in an operator's public rulebook means you must default to the industry-standard software definitions. Can an admin please forcibly close the stuck ticket on my account profile and escalate this Market ID to the trading desk for a manual balance adjustment? MasterLew Posted May 18 #2 Posted May 18 (edited) bro, asian handicap in football on stake counts all the goals not resetting, this is the same like nba points handicap, or esports rounds handicap, not resseting like other asian bookies. so if you place 0.5 handicap for a team, when the team was trailing 1-2 at half time, and the score stays the same till full time, you lose ur bet, in the asian bookies this is a win bcs they reset the score when u place the bet, but not on stake. same thing happen to basketball handicap. most european bookies did this, different from old skool asian bookies. isoka Posted May 19 #3 Posted May 19 Hi, from my understanding you bet over 1.25 and result is 1 so why you expect a half push/ half win when its in fact half push/half lose. you had to bet over 0,75 and in this scenario you would have get the half win, now it's half loss. I didnt understand your issue tho.. they counted your bet as a loss overall or ?
