I spend a considerable amount every week and have also received multiple deposit bonus notifications from your platform before. However, on May 10, I received an email stating: “This means your account will no longer be eligible for Stake Casino & Sportsbook promotions.” The issue is that I had already completed Eddie’s challenge event on May 8, and the winners list had already been officially announced and confirmed. Then, on May 10, I was suddenly informed that I was no longer eligible, and the reward for that week was never issued because my account became restricted. This is extremely difficult to explain or accept from a player’s perspective. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but every response has been that nothing can be done. Today, as a normal player who trusted your platform and participated in your official events, receiving this kind of treatment is very disappointing. My account was restricted without any proper resolution, and I would like to know: where are the player rights and fairness in this situation?
