BetMaster01 Posted 13 hours ago #51 Posted 13 hours ago Coding is a great long-term investment. Even basic programming can open many doors
yxanelle04 Posted 11 hours ago #52 Posted 11 hours ago i tried learning python last month and got stuck on a loop for three days so i switched to excel basics and it was way less painful
emberorax Posted 11 hours ago #53 Posted 11 hours ago What do you currently enjoy doing that could be turned into income later?
steinurlia Posted 10 hours ago #54 Posted 10 hours ago Dude I got super into data analytics last month and its wild how much you can pull from just random spreadsheets. Udemy has a cheap course that covers Power BI from scratch and suddenly you can see patterns everywhere it feels like cheating
Zylixlyn Posted 10 hours ago #55 Posted 10 hours ago i started learning basic video editing like two months ago and already helped my cousin make a promo for his shop, nothing fancy just cutting and text overlays but it felt good to actually use it for something real. maybe look into that or even just how to use excel better, boring but comes in handy everywhere.
zyxenver059 Posted 9 hours ago #56 Posted 9 hours ago do you want something creative or more analytical
Legacynda01 Posted 4 hours ago #57 Posted 4 hours ago I picked up basic SQL from a free Udemy course and it literally doubled the side projects I could do.
myxarund Posted 3 hours ago #58 Posted 3 hours ago What kind of work or hobbies do you actually enjoy doing, because the best skill to learn is one you won't quit halfway through?
pyxolyth Posted 3 hours ago #68 Posted 3 hours ago i jumped into a free excel course last year just for fun and now i literally automate half my boring tasks without even tinking
vynarxen Posted 1 hour ago #69 Posted 1 hour ago Honestly just pick one that seems slightly less boring than the rest and stick with it for a month before deciding if its not for you. Everyone overthinks the "perfect" skill but most people give up after a week anyway so consistency is what actually maters.
hollowosund Posted 24 minutes ago #70 Posted 24 minutes ago SQL is everywhere and was honestly the most useful thing I picked up, even with all the new AI stufff floating around.
