What happened to Stake vs Eddie?

A couple of years ago (2-3 maybe?), Stake vs Eddie was always Eddie having 1 hour to as high multi as possible playing a certain game, and we all had a week on us trying to beat it. 

Then at some point Eddie stopped rolling himself, and it got turned into a contest of sort. We all had the weekend to play the selected game, and one bet would be picked at random. Whichever bet it was, also got $500. Then everyone had a week to beat that multi.

Looking at Stake vs Eddie now, it just says a multi to beat.  Nothing about whose bet it is (if anyone), and no link to the actual bet.

So how is the weekly multi selected these day? And how is the game selected?
