Difference between lifetime mute and Ban?

Hey everyone

I have noticed that some people get a lifetime mute, where it says "Muted until January 01, 1970, 2:00 AM" and other times it says "Banned". So I was wondering what the different implications are of both. I assume the mute is just like any other mute - no comments in the chat, and no tips. They can still withdraw, deposit, gamble etc. However, I am not sure what the implications of banned users are?

I would love a support or admin member to chip in to offer some sort of clarity

When it comes to a permanent mute, a player cannot chat, tip, or claim faucet. 

When an account is banned, beside the above mentioned, all the other options are disabled as well (deposit, withdraw, play, etc.) Hope this clears your doubts

If someone is banned he wont be able to use the site is anyway, but if hes mutted he is only unable to tip or chat, hope this helped you (-:
